At Shapellx®, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 60-day window for easy returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garment is free of marks, scents, or signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
